Required Documentation

  Gamma Phi Delta also offers a National Undergraduate Scholarship. Please review the requirements for both to determine which one you would like to apply for. Interested applicants are only allowed to apply for one scholarship per year.

• Transcript/credit hours from high school, college, university, or post high school institution (most recent).
• Proof of acceptance to an accredited U.S. college, university, or post high school institution (only if currently not attending school).
• Copy of professional certification itemized cost (only if you are enrolled in a certification program).
• Two letters of professional recommendation with electronic signatures such as Sign Now, DocuSign, etc. must be uploaded.
• Employment history verification (if applicable). Must be on employer’s letterhead.
• A 150-word essay explaining your career or business goal.
